Optimis modules

Jobs can be set up in a variety of ways to record job info, sub-jobs, materials, operations, outwork, despatch and invoicing. Quotes, estimated and actual costs for stock issues, purchases, labour, machine hours and outwork can be recorded against the job.

Stocktake features including multiple warehouses/locations, bin locations, serial/lot numbers, forecast stock levels, stock replenishment and stocktake functions. Stock can be structured for alternative sizes, dimensions and weight attributes.

BOM can be single or multi level, handle materials, labour and machine hours, outwork and structured to handle engineering revisions.

Optionally used to manage factory work through detailed workflow and materials.

Create claims for jobs based on progress of job stages, variations, and retentions. Use job information to determine percent complete. Email claims and invoices with options to reverse and reissue claims and invoices.

 

Options for touch screen input on computer monitor or tablet and capture machine info through our API or integrations.

Store PDF invoices from email or scan, key data can be extracted by OCR and matched to purchase orders and receipts which can then flow through an approval process.
